CPAP treatment

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy treats sleep apnea, keeping your airway open while you sleep. If you do have sleep apnea, we’ll help you find the best CPAP machine and mask for you, and track with you from start to finish to make sure your treatment is effective.

Within days or weeks, you’ll feel more energized and awake in the day. You’ll be less likely to suffer Sleep Apnea symptoms, such as depression, irritability or brain fog.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
